A job of a few thousand rows or more is applied in several passes rather than one long request — SKUFix stops on purpose while there is still time to save the report, tells you how many rows are left, and continues on the next click. Rows already written are never written twice.
Every plan includes everything
There is no feature held back for a higher plan. Preview, per-row verification, the reconciliation report, CSV export, guarded undo and the 90-day job history are the product; the plans differ only in how many rows you write.
What counts as a row
Only a row SKUFix actually writes. These are free:
- a SKU that matches no variant
- a SKU that matches more than one variant, which SKUFix refuses to guess at
- a row that already holds the value you asked for
- a row refused because somebody else changed it after your preview
- a row that failed
Undo is free. Charging to reverse a change would be charging you to correct a mistake this tool helped you make, and would push people towards leaving bad data in place.
What happens at the limit
The job is refused before the first write, and nothing reaches your catalogue. You are told how many rows are left in the period. A bulk editor that stops halfway leaves a catalogue nobody can reason about, which is the opposite of what this app is for.
The allowance resets monthly, on the day you installed — not on the first of the month.
